The Jam Bones recorded and released an 8-song, 45-minute CD entitled Shake & Bake which sounds
like an enjoyable mixture of blues, funk, and swing. The songs are fit for any special occasion, especially at dance parties.
Perhaps the most catchiest songs are You and a rocking tune called Hit The Gas, which is my favorite pick. There is a
lot of guitar soloing as well as some catchy bass lines throughout the CD. The trio recorded the CD at Subcat Studios.
Visit their website for touring information as well as downloadable music.

My Jaw dropped when the Jam Bones revived an old TV theme song at the "Tap into the MOST" benefit beer-drinking bash
Saturday April 16. The Bluesy trio - incluiding guitarist Rich Walikis and drummer C.R. Stewart - played a
rocked up version of "Movin' on Up," the old intro/outro to "The Jeffersons" sitcom. Who woulda thunk it?
Then things really got surreal. After covering tunes by Santana, the Allman Brothers, the Rolling Stones, etc., the
Jam Bones fulfilled a request made by the beer blast organizers. They played the classic polka "In Heaven there is no Beer". Now
THAT'S showmanship.
Bravo, Bones boys! This Bud's for you.
